What this notice covers

This notice explains how personal data may be collected, used, and disclosed when you visit the Run Proud coming-soon page. The website currently has no member account, registration form, payment function, or Google Analytics used to analyse visitor behaviour.

Information that may be collected

When you visit the website, our hosting and web-server systems may log technical information such as your IP address, visit date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device type, and server response status.

Language, theme, and the most recently selected random background preset may also be stored in Local Storage or Session Storage on your device to remember your choices or avoid showing the same background twice in a row. These preferences are not used to track you across websites.

Why we use this information

Technical information is used only as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the website, detect or prevent misuse, diagnose technical issues, and maintain system performance. This processing is based on legitimate interests that do not override your rights and freedoms, and may also be carried out where necessary to comply with applicable law.

Who may receive the information

Technical data may be processed by our hosting service providers, including Hostatom and the Plesk hosting-management system, only to the extent necessary to provide hosting, maintain security, and troubleshoot the service. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Server logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and the hosting provider's applicable log-rotation cycle. Where a precise retention period cannot be stated, retention is limited to a period that can reasonably be expected for those purposes. On-device preferences remain until you clear site data, change a setting, or the relevant session ends, depending on the storage mechanism used.

Cookies and external services

The coming-soon page currently uses no analytics cookies and therefore does not display an analytics cookie banner. Prompt fonts and Lucide icons are served directly by this website rather than requested from third-party font or icon services.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and relevant conditions, you may have rights to access and obtain a copy of your data, request correction, deletion, restriction, object to processing, request data portability where available, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
